Civil Division

The Civil Division carries out the sheriff’s legal responsibilities in civil matters. Deputies serve court papers, execute writs, conduct evictions, and enforce court-ordered judgments. They work directly with the courts and the public to ensure that civil processes are handled professionally and in accordance with the law.
